15.06.010 - Abatement of dangerous buildings code.¶

The 1997 Edition of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings published by the International Conference of Building Officials is hereby adopted by reference. A copy of said code is on file in the office of the building official for examination and use by the public.

15.06.030 - Section 205 not adopted.¶

Section 205 of the 1997 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings is specifically not adopted. The membership of the board of appeals shall be as established by resolution of the city council.
