Chapter 13.24 — CHANGES IN CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

13.24.010 - Notification.¶

If a customer makes a material change in the size, character or extent of his facilities utilizing the water service, or if a change in operations results in a large or unusual increase in the use of water, the customer shall immediately notify the commercial office in writing and, if necessary, amend his application for water service.

13.24.020 - New application.¶

A person who requests a change in the size, location or number of water service connections to premises previously receiving water service shall file a new application for water service, and all conditions and requirements of new water service and water service connections apply.
