11.08.010 SPITTING ON PUBLIC PROPERTY PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to spit from the mouth any saliva, tobacco juice or expectorative upon any sidewalk, curb, stairway or entrance thereto, or upon the floor of any public hall within the City of Anaheim, or to eject from the nose, throat or lungs any phlegm or expectorative upon any sidewalk, curb, stairway or entrance thereto or upon the floor of any public hall within the City of Anaheim. Any violation of this section shall be an infraction. (Ord. 145 § 1; 1902: Ord. 5855 § 27; April 29, 2003.)

11.08.030 PROHIBITION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES DURING CERTAIN EVENTS, OR IN CERTAIN

AREAS, OR AT CERTAIN TIMES, IN ANAHEIM STADIUM, ANAHEIM ARENA, OR THE ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER.

.010 It shall be unlawful for any person to possess or consume any alcoholic beverage within Anaheim Stadium, Anaheim Arena, or the Anaheim Convention Center during any event, or in any area, or at any time, when signs have been posted within such facility by the City of Anaheim, its lessee, tenant or contractor, prohibiting the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages during such event, or in such area, or at such time.

.020 The terms "Anaheim Stadium," "Anaheim Arena," and "Anaheim Convention Center," as used in subsection .010 above, shall have the same respective meanings as ascribed to such terms in Section 11.04.005 of this Code.

.030 Any violation of any provision of this section shall be an infraction punishable in accordance with applicable provisions of

11.08.040 DISPLAY OF FLAGS ON THE ANAHEIM CIVIC CENTER FLAGPOLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to display erect, or affix any flag, banner or other display of any nature whatsoever to any flagpole owned and maintained by the City of Anaheim and located at either Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, or Anaheim West Tower, 201 So. Anaheim Boulevard, except:

.010 The flag of the United States

.020 The flag of the State of California

.030 The flag of the City of Anaheim

.040 The rainbow flag, commonly referred to as the LGBT Pride Flag, to be flown below the flag of the City of Anaheim at Anaheim City Hall, from May 22 (Harvey Milk Day) through June 30 (end of LGBT Pride Month), annually

.050 Any flag officially recognized and designated as a national symbol by an Act of United States Congress, and the display of which has been expressly authorized by action of the Anaheim City Council. (Ord. 5631 § 1; May 12, 1998: Ord. 6457 §1; January 15, 2019.)
