1.14.010 FINANCIAL AID FROM STATE FOR TRAINING OF POLICE DISPATCHERS.¶
The City of Anaheim declares its desire to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the provisions of Section 13522, Chapter 1, of Title 4, of the California Penal Code.

1.14.020 ADHERENCE TO POST STANDARDS FOR DISPATCHERS.¶
Pursuant to Section 13510 (c), Chapter 1, of the California Penal Code, the City of Anaheim will adhere to standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST). (Ord. 5624, Nov. 18, 1997.)
1.14.030 REPORTING ADHERENCE TO STANDARDS TO POST COMMISSION.¶
Pursuant to Section 13512, Chapter 1, of the California Penal Code, the Commission and its representatives may make such inquiries as deemed appropriate by the Commission to ascertain that the City of Anaheim's public safety dispatcher personnel adhere to standards for selection and training established by the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.(Ord. 5624, Nov. 18, 1997.)
*Non-applicability of Section 1.01.370 - It is expressly provided herein (Ord. 5624) by the City Council that Section1.01.370, of Chapter 1.01, of Title 1, of the Anaheim Municipal Code does not apply to this Ordinance.
