10.60.010 Enforcement of California Vehicle Code on private property.¶

Pursuant to California

Vehicle Code Section 21107 et seq., all provisions of the California Vehicle Code shall apply to the privately owned streets listed below when the owner has caused to be posted in a conspicuous place at each entrance to that private street a notice not less than seventeen by twenty-two inches in size with lettering not less than one inch in height, to the effect that the private property is subject to public traffic regulations and control:

(A) Corvina Way; and

(B) Corvina Court.
