For statutory provisions relating to the presentation of claims against the county, see Gov. Code §29700 et seq.

§ 3.04.010. Filing with clerk or auditor required.

It is declared by the board of supervisors that the said board shall not pass upon a claim unless it is filed with the clerk or auditor, not less than five days prior to the time of the meeting of the board, at which it is asked to be allowed.
