Chapter 3.04 — CLAIMS AGAINST THE COUNTY

§ 3.04.010. Filing with clerk or auditor required.

It is declared by the board of supervisors that the said board shall not pass upon a claim unless it is filed with the clerk or auditor, not less than five days prior to the time of the meeting of the board, at which it is asked to be allowed.
