Sec. 14-4.5. - Bus loading zones.¶
The following described portions of city streets are hereby designated as bus loading zones and when authorized signs or curb markings are in place giving notice thereof, no operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand or park said vehicle in said zones between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on days when school is in session.
(a)
The north side of Eighth Street between the east corner of the high school gym and East Street.
(b)
The north side of West Fourth Street commencing sixty feet east of Cedar Street and extending a distance of two hundred thirty-seven feet east.
(c)
The south side of West Eighth Street commencing one-tenth of a mile east of North Warner Street and extending a distance of one hundred eighty-four feet east.

Sec. 14-4.6. - No parking zones.¶
The following described portions of city streets are hereby designated as no parking zones and when authorized signs or curb markings are in place giving notice thereof, no operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand or park said vehicle in said zones, regardless of whether the vehicle is attended or unattended.
(a)
On the east side of Main Street, State Route 395, from Post Mile 22.585, a point approximately two hundred ninety-three feet south of the centerline of East 10th Street.
(aa)
On the north side of State Highway Route 02-Mod-299 from Post Mile 39.69, a point approximately three hundred forty feet west of the centerline of Warner Street, to Post Mile 39.80, a point approximately two hundred fifty feet east of the centerline of Warner Street.
(b)
The north side of East 8th Street commencing two hundred ninety-two feet east of Main Street and extending a distance of eighty-five feet.
(bb)
The north side of West Fourth Street commencing at the intersection of West Street and Fourth Street and extending easterly a distance of one hundred thirty-three feet.
(c)
Any provision of this section which regulates traffic or delegates the regulation of traffic upon state highways in any way for which the approval of the Department of Transportation is required by state law, shall cease to be operative six months after receipt by the city council of written notice of withdrawal of approval of the Department of Transportation.
(d)
Whenever this section delegates authority to a city officer, or authorizes action by the city council to regulate traffic upon a state highway in any way which, by state law, requires the prior approval of the Department of Transportation, no such officer shall exercise such authority nor shall such action by the city council be effective with respect to any state highway without the prior approval, in writing, of the Department of Transportation when and to the extent required by the vehicle code.

Sec. 14-4.7. - Stopping for the deposit of mail.¶
The following described portions of city streets are hereby designated as zones in which parking shall be limited to the purpose of depositing mail in the adjacent mail box. When authorized signs or curb markings are in place giving notice thereof, no operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand, or park said vehicle in said zones, regardless of whether the vehicle is attended or unattended, except for said limited purpose.

On the east side of North Howard Street commencing one hundred twelve feet north of West Second Street, thence north for a distance of twenty-six feet.
