2.28.010 Office created—Designation.

The office of public guardian/public conservator of Alpine County is established and the director of health and human services of Alpine County is designated as ex officio public guardian/conservator of Alpine County. (Ord. 737 § 1, 2021; Ord. 712 § 1, 2015: Ord. 440 § 1, 1984)
