§ 3-2 PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS MANUAL

A manual entitled, "Personnel Rules and Regulations," is hereby approved and adopted, and the same is incorporated herein by reference.

Copies of such manual shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk, City Administrator and all department heads.

The manual, or provisions thereof, may be modified or amended by resolution of the Council.

§ 3-4 PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF CORPUS REGULATIONS [Ord. 75-06, § 1; 1958 Code § 2.22-7]

Any employee of the City who violates regulations of the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) shall be subject to disciplinary action, including, but not limited to termination of employment, in conformance with the City's personnel rules and regulations and the Charter of the City.

Any unauthorized person who willfully and maliciously obtains personal data from the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any person who willfully and maliciously provides or has provided personal data from the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) to any unauthorized person is guilty of a misdemeanor.

RETIREMENT CONTRACT WITH STATE AUTHORIZED

A contract between the City Council and the Board of Administration, of the California Public Employees' Retirement System, CalPERS, is hereby authorized, a copy of such contract being attached thereto, marked Exhibit A, and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full. [2 ]

The Mayor of the Council of the City is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute such contract for and on behalf of such agency.
