13-46.1 - Erection or Maintenance Without Permit Unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the limits of the City, except upon a written permit granted by the City Manager, or his/her designee, (and then only at the place specified in such permit), to erect or maintain any movable structure intended for human habitation, or to build, construct, erect, or maintain any tent, tent house, cloth house, cloth building, or any house the walls or roof of which are constructed of cloth, felt, paper, or other similar materials, stretched or fastened upon or suspended from a supporting framework, or other support.

13-46.2 - Application for Permit.

Applications for permits required by this section shall be filed and processed pursuant to Section 5-16 of this Code. In addition to the requirements of Section 5-16, the application shall set forth:

a. A description of the particular movable structure, tent, house, or building, with respect to which such permit is sought. Such description shall include its dimensions and the materials and method of its construction; and

b. The exact location at which it is proposed to build, construct, erect or maintain the same.
