1-6.1 - General Repealing and Saving Clause.

All ordinances, and parts thereof, in conflict with this Code, or any provisions hereof, are repealed, and all general regulatory and administrative ordinances relating to subject matters covered by this Code are likewise repealed. Neither the adoption of this Code, nor the repeal of any ordinances thereby, shall affect the prosecution for violation committed prior to the effective date hereof, or affect any rights accrued under such ordinances at the effective date hereof.

1-6.2 - Franchise Not Affected.

This Code shall in no manner affect any ordinance, general or special, in the nature of a franchise to any public utility.
