Reversions shall be processed pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 6 of the Subdivision Map Act.

b.

Maps filed for the purpose of reverting subdivided land to acreage shall be conspicuously designated with the title "The Purpose of this Map is a Reversion to Acreage."
