9.36.010 - Obtaining data—Misdemeanor.

Any unauthorized person who willfully and maliciously obtains personal data from the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any person who willfully and maliciously provides or has provided data from the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) to any unauthorized person is guilty of a misdemeanor.
