13.20.010 - Purpose.¶
This chapter effectuates the County Service Area Law (Government Code Section 25210.1 et seq.) including future amendments thereto and constitutes the ordinance referred to in Section 25215.5 therein.

13.20.020 - Use of revenue.¶
Revenues from service charges shall be used only to pay for the cost of authorized services.

13.20.030 - Definitions.¶
Unless otherwise specifically provided, or required by the context, the following terms have these meanings in this chapter:
"County service area" has the same meaning as defined in Government Code Section 25210.2(c).
"Director" means the director of a county department responsible for administering the program of services of a county service area.
"Authorized services" means those services enumerated and described in Government Code Section 25213, including future amendments thereto, which are or will be provided in a county service area pursuant to this chapter.
"Service charge" means a charge imposed pursuant to this chapter on property located within a county service area to pay the cost of authorized services therein for a fiscal year.
