3.08.080 - License authorizes one place of business—Applicable to persons and place named—Not transferable.¶
Only one place of business shall be conducted, carried on or maintained under a single license. This license shall apply only to the premises and location specified in the license. The license shall not be transferable or assignable in any manner, either by sale, conveyance, encumbrance, security, or in any other manner.

3.08.090 - Unlawful for licensee to buy or receive certain articles from minors.¶
It is unlawful for any person holding a license issued pursuant to this chapter to buy or receive any article or thing referred to in Article I of this chapter from any minor.

3.08.100 - Wall, fence or barrier required—Maintenance and specifications.¶
If any business or establishment regulated by this chapter is located in whole or part in any yard, enclosure, lot, or open area, the premises shall be completely surrounded and enclosed by a wall, fence or barrier constructed of wood or other solid, impervious materials, or of wire mesh, and so constructed as to be a continuous barrier, except for necessary openings, sufficient to prevent the ingress of rats, mice or other rodents. If the wall, fence or barrier, or any portion thereof, is constructed of wire mesh, it shall be not longer than one-half inch mesh. The wall, fence or barrier shall be continuously kept and maintained in the condition required by this section.

3.08.110 - Wall, fence or barrier—Openings in.¶
The wall, fence or barrier required under Section 3.08.100 of this chapter shall extend above the ground for at least six feet and shall extend into and below the surface of the ground for not less than eight inches. Any and all necessary openings in the fence, wall or barrier shall be provided with suitable gates or doors constructed of the same material and in the same manner of construction as is authorized by Section 3.08.100 as suitable and sufficient for a fence, wall or barrier under Section 3.08.100. No openings provided under this section shall in any single instance exceed eight feet in width. The gate or door shall be kept closed at all times except when required for, and is in actual use for, the purpose of ingress or egress.

3.08.120 - Premises to be rodent-proof—Each day's violation a separate offense.¶
It is unlawful for any person to permit any business or establishment regulated by this chapter to be established, conducted, carried on, or maintained unless the said premises have been rendered rodent-proof in the manner prescribed in Sections 3.08.100 and 3.08.110 of this chapter and continuously maintained in such condition. Each day's violation of the requirement established by this section is a separate and distinct violation and offense.

3.08.130 - Condition of premises.¶
If any business or establishment regulated by this chapter is located in whole or in part in a yard, enclosure, lot or open area, the premises and area shall be kept clean and free from rubbish and similar loose material that might serve as a harborage for rats, mice or other rodents, and all loose metal, or parts or accessories of automobiles, and all other material kept, stored, or accumulated in said place, shall be neatly and carefully piled, in such manner as to minimize and prevent as far as possible the harboring of rodents, and shall be suitably protected from water and the elements so that there can be no accumulation of water or any article or thing located on the premises.
