Alameda County Municipal Code Ch. 1.01 Code Adoption

There is hereby adopted by reference, and incorporated fully into the ordinance codified in this section and made a part thereof as though set out in full, an Administrative Code of the county of Alameda which is a recompilation, reconsolidation, recodification and reindexing of the prior Administrative Code of the county of Alameda, adopted January 3, 1967, by the board of supervisors of the county, which recompilation, reconsolidation, recodification and reindexing is done pursuant to Section 25130 of the Government Code. Not less than three copies of the Administrative Code of the county were filed with the clerk, board of supervisors, of the county prior to the adoption of the ordinance codified in this section and such copies shall be kept on file in the office of the county clerk for use and examination by the public.
