SECTION 1200. VIOLATIONS.

The violation of any provision of this Charter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and be punishable upon conviction by a fine of not exceeding Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment for a term of not exceeding six (6) months, or by such fine and imprisonment.

SECTION 1201. VALIDITY.

If any provision of this Charter, or the application thereof any person or circumstance, is held judicially invalid, the remainder of the Charter, and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
