The regulations and review procedures related to historic and cultural preservation within the City of Santa Rosa is located in Title 20, Zoning, Chapter 20-58, Historic and Cultural Preservation. The appointment, responsibilities, and other aspects of the Design Review and Preservation Board, which shall serve as the City of Santa Rosa's historic and cultural preservation review authority, is located within Title 20, Zoning, Chapter 20-60, Administrative Responsibility, Section 20-60.060 (Design Review Board (DRB)).
