Chapter 56 — DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS

SEC. 56.16. RECORDATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS AMENDMENT OR TERMINATION.

(a) Within 10 days after the execution of the development agreement, or any amendments thereto, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall have the agreement recorded with the County Recorder.

(b) If the parties to the agreement or their successors in interest amend or terminate the agreement as provided herein, or if the Board of Supervisors terminates or modifies the agreement as provided herein for failure of the

applicant/developer to comply in good faith with the terms or conditions of the agreement, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall have notice of such action recorded with the County Recorder. (Added by Ord. 372-88, App. 8/10/88; amended by Ord. 59-91, App. 2/27/91)
