SEC. 42.8. POWERS AND LIMITATIONS OF AUTHORITY.

The authority shall exercise all powers, and be subject to all limitations, prescribed in the Act. Direct and indirect expenses of operation of the authority shall be paid exclusively from proceeds of bonds issued pursuant to the Act and this ordinance, or from fees charged by the authority for applications and other filings.
