This title shall be known as the Inyo County development agreement ordinance. (Ord. 946 § 1, 1994)

§ 20.04.020. Authority. ¶

Government Code Sections 65864 through 65869.5 authorize Inyo County (the "county") to enter into development agreements with persons having legal or equitable interests in real property for the development of such property and to establish procedures for the consideration of applications for such agreements.

§ 20.04.030. Purpose. ¶
