Chapter 20.18 — HOLD HARMLESS

The developer of a qualifying project shall defend, indemnify and hold the City, its officials, officers, and employees harmless from any and all claims of damages or injuries arising from developer's obtaining entitlements and permits, developer's construction, maintenance, operation, use or sale of the project, or any act or omission of developer, its officers, employees or agents, and from any and all expenses, liabilities, costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred on account of any claim, action, or proceeding brought against the City, its officials, officers, and employees in connection with the project.
