Editor's note: Ord. No. 729, § 1, adopted June 11, 1984, added provisions to the Code relative to economic development revenue bonds. Such provisions have been included as Ch. 28 to read as herein set out with the exception that the word "division" has been changed to "article" and vice versa in order to conform to Code format.
