Employees	Only household members; no other business workers at the home. § 8107-1.2 · code text A home occupation shall be conducted only by members of the household occupying the dwelling, with no other persons related to the business employed at the dwelling.
Permit	A Zoning Clearance. § 8107-1.2 · code text Home occupations are allowed only if operated in accordance with all the following standards and upon issuance of a Zoning Clearance:
Businesses not allowed	Home occupations involving the on-site use or storage of highly toxic materials § 8107-1.2 · code text Home occupations involving the on-site use or storage of highly toxic materials, as defined in the Fire Code, are not permitted.
