Building on your lot in Temple City

Temple City sets its own limits on fences and home businesses. Fence height depends on the yard and driveway visibility, and some businesses, such as auto repair and pet grooming, may not run from a home.

  • Home businesses: Temple City limits a home business to 200 square feet and one employee, who must be a resident, and requires a home occupation license.
