Where is an apartment building (multifamily housing) allowed in Poway?

Poway's code calls this use “G. Multiple Dwellings: 1. Rental”. Each row links to the use table it comes from. A zone marked “see note” has a condition in the code, for example upper floors only or a larger lot.

RR-A, RR-B, RR-C, RS-1, RS-2, RS-3, RS-4, RS-7.
