    The Building Division of the Development Services Department shall issue a building permit in a timely manner after receipt of a complete application that meets the requirements of the approved checklist and standard plan, as well as all applicable local, state and federal requirements for health and safety.
  • No permit is needed for routine operation and maintenance or like-kind replacements.
    Applies: Applies to systems legally set up or permitted before this chapter took effect.
