False alarms before a fee	The first 2 false alarms in any calendar year carry no fine. § 4-8.05 · code text For the first two (2) false alarms in any calendar year, no fine shall be imposed;
Alarm permit	Yes; $25 one-time fee. Applies: Residential alarm users and subscribers. § 4-8.02 · code text (2) Residential alarm users and subscribers: Twenty-Five and No/100ths ($25.00) Dollar one (1) time fee to be paid upon application.
