Where are group homes and residential care homes allowed in Laguna Niguel?
Laguna Niguel's code: All garage and driveway spaces must stay available. Facility vehicles must be operable, parked off-street, and a resident's primary transportation. (Applies to group homes for disabled residents that do not provide care and supervision.) (§ 9-1-38); At least 1,000 feet from any other group home or licensed residential care facility.
