What are the noise rules and construction hours in Fairfax?
Fairfax's code: Noise may not exceed 40 dBA. (Zone A (residential), 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; at the complainant's property line for more than 7.5 minutes in any 15-minute period.) (§ 8.20.050); Noise may not exceed 50 dBA. (Zone A (residential), 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; at the complainant's property line for more than 7.5 minutes in any 15-minute period.) (§ 8.20.050).
