Calexico CS zoning: height, setbacks and lot size

CS is a zoning district in Calexico. Every value below was read from the Calexico Municipal Code and links to its section (read October 2026). • Minimum front setback: 20 ft — Setback required wherever the lot abuts a residential zone; the code does not name the yard § 17.05.130
