What else applies
- "Monasteries, Convents, or Similar Religious Use" is a separate row (mostly the same: S1 PF-RMF C, CN P, CC P, M C, UV P).
- State law: Federal law (RLUIPA) bars zoning rules that treat religious assembly worse than other assembly uses.
- Not covered here: Transit Oriented District Overlay (S2): overlay table, not used; Zone names for RC, PF, RR, RSF, RTN, RMF, CN, CC, M, UV and the downtown zones are not spelled out in the packet. Overlay zones and specific plans can also change the answer.
