Applies: Inside the traffic safety sight area of a corner lot. § 17.24.080 · code text On a corner lot, no fence, wall, hedge, sign or other structure, shrubbery, mounds of earth, or other visual obstruction over thirty-six inches in height above the nearest street curb elevation shall be erected, placed, planted, or allowed to grow within a traffic safety sight area.
Height anywhere on the lot	No more than 6 feet high, unless required by law or regulation, or otherwise allowed by the zoning ordinance. § 17.24.080 · code text Fences, walls, and hedges shall not exceed six feet in height, unless required by any law or regulation of the city, the State of California, federal government, or agency thereof; or, as otherwise permitted by the zoning ordinance.
Front yard height	No more than 48 inches high. Applies: Fences, walls and hedges in the front yard setback, in any district. § 17.24.080 · code text Fences, walls and hedges located in the front yard setback shall not exceed forty-eight inches in height in any district.
