    Any yard sale permit issued hereunder shall be for a period not exceeding three (3) consecutive calendar days.

  • Yes; a permit from the city manager is required, for $10.00 per permit.

    It is unlawful for any person, corporation, partnership, joint venture, association or any other form of organization to organize, conduct, establish or operate a yard sale in the city without first obtaining a permit to do so from the city manager or his authorized representative for a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per permit.
