  • 45 dB(A) indoors at all hours.
    Applies: Measured inside another home on residential property in Noise Zone 1; may not be exceeded for more than 5 minutes in any hour.

  • Each noise limit is 5 dB(A) lower.
    Applies: When the noise is impact noise, a simple tone, speech, music, or a mix of these.

    In the event the alleged offensive noise consists entirely of impact noise, simple tone noise, speech, music, or any combination thereof, each of the above noise levels shall be reduced by five (5) db(A).
