I understand that by withdrawing this OIC, I acknowledge the following:
By withdrawing my OIC, I waive my appeal rights.
If one spouse withdraws a joint offer, the entire joint offer will be considered withdrawn.
Withdrawals submitted by certified mail are considered withdrawn on the date the IRS receives the certified mail. If the withdrawal is personally delivered, it is considered withdrawn on the date received by IRS.
Withdrawals submitted by non-certified mail, secure messaging or fax are considered withdrawn on the date the IRS mails, sends via secure messaging, or personally delivers, a written letter to the taxpayer acknowledging the withdrawal.
