Sec. 8-2.101. - Title.¶
The chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Subdivision Regulations of the City of Yuba City."

Sec. 8-2.102. - Authority.¶
This chapter is adopted pursuant to Government Code tit. 7, div. 2, entitled the "Subdivision Map Act."

Sec. 8-2.103. - Purpose.¶
The purpose of this chapter is the regulation and control of the design and improvement of subdivisions within the City of Yuba City.

Sec. 8-2.104. - Fees.¶
The City Council shall establish by resolution, and may amend and revise from time to time, fees for processing the various applications authorized or required by this title. All fees shall be paid at the time an application is filed, and no processing shall commence until the fee is paid in full.
