§ 2.20.010. Office.¶
There is established the office of Town Attorney. The Council shall appoint the Town Attorney, who may appoint deputies or assistants as deemed advisable.

§ 2.20.020. Duties.¶
The Town Attorney shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Council.

§ 2.20.030. Special counsel.¶
In addition to the Town Attorney, the Council may appoint special counsel to represent the Town at a rate of compensation to be fixed by the Council. Special counsel shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Council.
