§ 13.08.010. Adoption and filing of county regulations.

A. There is hereby adopted an ordinance for the purpose of controlling the construction and reconstruction of water wells within the City that certain ordinance of the county known as Ordinance No. 2607.

B. Three copies of the ordinance are on file with the City Clerk and are open to inspection. The ordinance is adopted herein as though fully set forth herein.
