Sec. 74.01 - Schedule I—Speed limits.¶
Pursuant to the authority contained in California Vehicle Code § 22357, and based upon an engineering and traffic survey that a speed other than 25 miles per hour would facilitate the orderly movement of vehicular traffic, and would be reasonable and safe upon the certain streets otherwise subject to a prima facie limit of 25 miles per hour, the Town Council declares prima facie speed limits of 20, 30, 35 or 40 would be most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic, and are reasonable and safe on the following streets, or parts thereof, where signs are erected giving notice:

Sec. 74.02 - Schedule II—Truck Routes.¶
The following streets or highways are hereby declared to be truck traffic routes for the movement of vehicles exceeding a maximum gross weight, including load, of three tons, and the Town Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to designate such streets or highways by appropriate signs as truck traffic routes:
All of Woodside Road within the corporate limits of the Town.
