Sec. 93.30 - Fireworks unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to do any of the following:

(A) Manufacture, import, export, possess, or sell any fireworks at wholesale or retail for any use, including agricultural purposes or wild life control;

(B) Discharge dangerous fireworks, as defined in Cal Health & Safety Code §§ 12500 et seq., in any place;

(C) Make a public display of fireworks; and

(D) Transport fireworks, except as a public carrier.
