16.18.010 - Filing.¶
A. A property owner/subdivider may request an extension of the expiration date of an approved tentative subdivision map or tentative parcel map by written application to the community development director. The application shall be filed before the map is to expire and shall state the reasons for requesting the extension.
B. When a request for extension is made prior to the expiration of map, the map's expiration date shall automatically be extended for sixty (60) days or until the request is acted upon.

16.18.020 - Community development director review.¶
The community development director shall review the request for time extension and submit the application together with a report to the planning commission.

16.18.030 - Time limit extension.¶
The approved extension shall not exceed a period or periods authorized by the Subdivision Map Act.

16.18.040 - Conditions of approval.¶
As a condition of the extension of a tentative subdivision map, the planning commission may impose new conditions or revise existing conditions on the approved tentative map as deemed necessary.
