12-5-100 - Adoption of Conflict of Interest Code.¶
The Model Conflict of Interest Code as prepared and amended from time to time by the Fair Political Practices Commission of the State of California is adopted as the Conflict of Interest Code of the District, to be supplemented or revised as necessary or desirable by resolution of the Board of Directors.
12-5-105 - Adoption of Uniform Plumbing Code.¶
The Uniform Plumbing Code most recently approved by the State of California, as modified by resolution of the Board, shall be used as the Plumbing Code of the District.
12-5-110 - Adoption of Environmental Quality Code.¶
The California Environmental Quality Model Code most recently approved by the State of California, as modified by resolution of the Board, shall be the Environmental Code of the District.
