15.32.010 - Wilful violations.

Any person who wilfully violates any of the provisions of this title, or of the codes adopted by reference pursuant to this title, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

15.32.020 - Nonwilful violations.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this title, or of the codes adopted by reference pursuant to this title, is guilty of an infraction. Every violation determined to be an infraction is punishable by a fine not exceeding fifty dollars for a first violation; a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for a second violation of the same provisions within one year; a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars for each additional violation of the same provision within one year.

15.32.030 - Separate offenses.

Each person violating any provisions of this title, or of the codes adopted by this title, is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which a violation of any such provision is committed, continued or permitted.
