12.12.010 - Prohibited tires and tire attachments.¶

It is unlawful for any person to drive or propel on any of the streets of Willits which are covered with concrete or oiled surface, any vehicle which is not rubber tired or which is equipped with glouters, lugs or any metal protruding or extending from the rim of the wheels.
