9.08.010 - Discharge prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to use, employ or discharge any airgun, or any device by which missiles are projected either by the expansion of air or gas or by the contraction, expansion or spring of other material, within the city.

9.08.020 - Violation—Penalty—Impoundment.

Every person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the city or county jail for a term not exceeding thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. In addition to said penalty, the police department may impound and retain possession of any such airgun or device.
