§ 15.52.010. Adoption of Existing Building Code.¶

Except as hereinafter changed or modified, the 2025 California Existing Building Code (California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 10), including Appendix Chapter A-1, of that certain existing building code, as published by the California Building Standards Commission, is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this Title 15 of the Wildomar Municipal Code. A copy of said California Existing Building Code shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk.
