§ 15.24.010. Adoption of Uniform Housing Code.

The city council adopts and incorporates by reference, as though set forth in full in this chapter, the 1997 edition of the Uniform Housing Code as published by the International Conference of Building Officials without amendment or modification. The various part of this code as adopted in this chapter, shall constitute and be known as the "Housing Code."
