§ 10.68.010. Shrubbery obstructing visibility at intersections—Abatement.

Whenever the city traffic engineer, traffic committee and chief of police find that any hedge, shrubbery or tree growing in a parkway or in a required setback area obstructs the view of any intersection, signal or sign, or any traffic upon the streets approaching such intersection, the same shall be deemed a public nuisance and shall be abated pursuant to this code.
